When will my card be charged and what payment methods are accepted?
Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, etc.) and Apple Pay.

What can I do if my payment method was declined?

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Our customer service team will be in touch and will communicate with you via email once the return items have been received. Once the return has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

Are delivery charges refundable?
Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase apart from Standard Shipping are non-
refundable with the exception of returning an order as a result of an error from Smoengi’s side.
